● When attending the event, you must show your purchase proof (electronic proof is also acceptable).

● The purchase proof is only valid for the specified date and time.

● You need to go to the meeting point on your own. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the event starts.

● Please make sure to be on time. Before the event starts, staff will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes. If you haven’t arrived within this time and staff cannot contact you, it will be considered a no-show, and no alternative arrangements will be made.

● The meeting point and itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic or weather conditions. Please make sure to provide a valid contact method when booking. If there are any changes to the schedule, the organizer will notify you at least 1 day before the event.

● After receiving your order, we will first check if the schedule can be arranged. Once confirmed, we will provide detailed order and payment information.

● After successful payment, the related e-vouchers will be sent within 1–2 days. If you don’t receive the order confirmation or e-voucher, please contact customer service to check.

● 1–2 days before the activity, our staff will contact you to confirm the meeting point and other details.

● On the day of the activity, be sure to bring your e-voucher and arrive on time at the designated meeting point.

● Whether you can visit an island, and which island can be visited that day, will depend on the weather, sea conditions, and on-site circumstances. It is not possible to choose a specific island.

● After successfully signing up for the activity, please make sure to provide the full English names of all participants, and the names must match exactly as they appear on their passports.

● This activity is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties, heart conditions, high blood pressure, or pregnant women.

● Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

● Children under 6 are recommended to bring their own snorkeling equipment suitable for kids.

● The activity may be canceled if the weather is bad or the sea conditions are not suitable for going out.
