● Participants must sign a waiver provided by the supplier on-site before participating.  For participants ages 5 to 17, a parent must be present to sign the waiver

● This activity is not suitable for those with back problems, serious medical conditions (high blood pressure, cardiac disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, etc.), people with disabilities, or pregnant women

● Capacity: Minimum of 5 participants per boat

● Children below the age of 13 are not allowed to join this activity

● This tour is weather dependent. 

● It might be canceled if the sea is too rough or the winds are strong

● For safety, all participants must wear a life jacket and obey safety guidelines 

● For cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the selected date, a cancellation fee of 0% will apply

● For cancellations made 0 to 9 days prior to the selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply

● No-show is non-refundable and non-re-bookable

● If the tour provider cancels your tour due to weather conditions or any other environmental circumstances, you will always receive a full refund
