● Present your mobile voucher

● The voucher is only valid on the specified date and time

● Arrive at the meet-up point 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time, transportation and pick-up are not included

● Make sure to arrive on time. Our representative will wait for 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time, if you arrive late and past the waiting time and cannot be reached, it will be considered a "NO-SHOW."

● Meet-up point and your schedule might be changed depending on traffic and weather conditions. Make sure to provide valid contact information before checking out, as we send updates a day before your activity date if there’s any change.

● You will receive a confirmation voucher within 2 working days after receiving your payment. If you don't see any confirmation, contact our customer support.

● Your representative will contact you for the meet-up point 1-2 days before the scheduled activity date

● Meet your representative on time and present your mobile voucher upon arrival

● All participants are required to sign a liability waiver form before participating in the activity and acknowledge that informs them of the risks of the activity. For minors, their parent or legal guardian will need to sign the waiver on their behalf.

● No diving or prior experience required

● Children below the age of 13 are not allowed to join this activity

● Seniors aged 60+ provide medical clearance from a Hyperbaric doctor before participating in the activity

● This activity is not suitable for those with back problems, medical conditions (high blood pressure, cardiac disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, etc.), or pregnant women

● For health and safety reasons, participants should not take a flight for at least 24 hours before and after this activity

● Do not consume food or alcoholic beverages before participating in this activity

● For safety reasons, the activity may be canceled or children will not be allowed to participate if the sea is too rough or the winds are too strong
