Perfect for First-Time Snorkelers & Non-Swimmers

This experience is specially designed for friends who do not snorkel often, cannot swim, or are experiencing the ocean for the first time.

You will first learn and experience the Boracay Tropical Fish Storm with a professional Chinese-speaking instructor. The instructor will guide you step by step through essential snorkeling techniques, including how to properly wear and use your mask and snorkel, breathing techniques, and basic skills for moving comfortably in the water.

Important Information & Activity Guidelines

● Participants must present their booking confirmation or voucher when joining the activity. Electronic vouchers are also accepted.

● The voucher is valid only for the date, package, meeting point, and meeting time specified at the time of booking.

● When making a reservation, please provide a valid contact number, hotel/accommodation information, number of participants, and the ages of any children to facilitate transportation and activity arrangements.

● The actual meeting time, meeting point, vehicle details, and contact information will be confirmed according to the electronic voucher or the pre-activity notification.

● Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrival may affect subsequent transportation and activity arrangements.

● Guests making their own way to the activity should arrive at the designated check-in location according to the activity voucher or on-site instructions.

● A safety briefing is required before the activity begins. Participants must follow the instructions of staff, boat crew, and local authorities throughout the activity.

● During the activity, participants must wear life jackets and use the snorkeling equipment provided or approved by the activity operator.

● The itinerary, boat schedule, water-entry arrangements, and actual activity duration may be adjusted due to transportation, weather conditions, sea conditions, crowd levels, or safety considerations.

● Basic shower and changing facilities are available on-site. Hot water is not provided, so participants are advised to bring their own towel and a change of clothes.

● Whale sharks are wild animals, and their appearance cannot be guaranteed. While every effort will be made to provide the best possible viewing experience, actual sightings depend on natural conditions.

● When making a reservation, please provide valid and reachable contact information so that we can contact you regarding your booking.

● After receiving your booking request, we will first confirm whether the activity can be arranged. Once confirmed, we will provide you with the detailed booking information and pricing.

● After payment is successfully completed, the relevant electronic voucher will be sent within 1–2 business days.
If you do not receive your booking confirmation or electronic voucher, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

● 1–2 days before the activity, our staff will proactively contact you to confirm the meeting point, time, and other relevant activity information.

● On the day of the activity, please be sure to bring your electronic voucher and arrive at the designated meeting point on time.

⚠️ Itinerary & Participation Guidelines

● This activity is a private trip.

● Whether you will be able to visit one island, and which island you will visit on the day, will depend on the weather, sea conditions, and on-site conditions. A specific island cannot be requested or guaranteed.

● After your booking is confirmed, please provide the English names of all participants. Names must exactly match the English names shown on their passports.

● This activity is not recommended for individuals with limited mobility, heart conditions, high blood pressure, or pregnant women.

● Children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

● For children aged 6 and under, we recommend bringing suitable child-sized snorkeling equipment.

● In the event of poor weather or unsuitable sea conditions, the activity may be cancelled for safety reasons.

❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

● Cancellations or date changes made 8 days or more before the scheduled activity date (including the 8th day) are free of charge.

● Cancellations or date changes made 0–7 days before the activity date (including the 7th day) will be subject to a 100% charge and are non-refundable.

● Late arrivals will be considered a No-show, and no refund will be provided.

● If the scheduled activity cannot proceed due to poor weather or other force majeure circumstances, the organizer may arrange to reschedule or cancel the activity.
